Homesteaded in the 60's the Kruse ranch incorporates over 3100 pristine acres and spills over into two separate drainages. The ranch is accessed through an all weather road at Mile 103 on the Alaska Highway and bordered to the East by Deadhorse Creek, to the West by Alexander Creek and far to the south it hits a ROW, a stone's throw from the Mile 95 highway. The western portion through the Alexander Creek drainage offers excellent hayfields and grazing throughout and is 5 wire fenced. The top half of the Deadhorse drainage is also 5 wire fenced and offers excellent grazing throughout interspersed with smaller stands of timber. The fencing appears to be in good shape but does need to be tightened up in some spots. At the home quarter the original farmhouse stands overlooking Alexander Creek along with a 1500 square foot shop with concrete floor and 200 amp power. The creeks offer plenty of water, however there is a large dugout that feeds the house and troughs in the corral system.
